Tomorrow evening, people are invited to come out and enjoy this year’s ‘Arts Alive’ exhibition, which features works selected from the festivals, arts conferences, and exhibitions that have been held in West Virginia.
This is a juried show and features students work from public schools. The center most likely used a selection of poster and flyer printing services to promote the exhibition.
This is an annual event designed to showcase student achievements, and outstanding arts education programs. This show is sponsored by the West Virginia Department of Education and all works have been voted in by a selected group of judges.
Now in its eighth year, and an expanded collaboration has been built to include new disciplines, including visual arts and special pre-kindergarten selections. Students in this exhibition showcase their talents in front of peers, other students, educators, leaders, and family members, so it is a chance for locals to show support for artistic endeavor in the area
Admission to this event is free and all are welcome. The 8th Annual Arts Alive will be happening tomorrow, April 26, starting at 6:30:00 pm at the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences in Charleston, West Virginia – no doubt attracting art-lovers from South Charleston and other nearby regions
