Watertown to host carnival, street fair, and car show

Several events will be coming to Watertown next month including some traditional entertainment for all the family.

Flyer printing can be used to promote such events throughout a city.

The first is the Rainbow Valley Rides Midway and Carnival. Featured at the Midway will be high-energy rides, traditional carnival food and beverage offerings, and a wide variety of games for people of all ages. There will also be wristband specials so attendees can ride as often as they want. This will be on Labaree Street from Thursday August 6 through Sunday August 9 beginning at 5:00 p.m.

There will also be a Big Pop-Up Vendor & Street Fair. Hosted by Watertown Main Street Program, the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce, and Watertown Tourism, the fair is along Main Street, running from First to Sixth Street, closing downtown to traffic and transforming it into a vibrant marketplace and featuring over 100 activity booths and vendors. There will be food vendors, non-profit organizations, artisans, and interactive experiences for everyone.

There will also be live music, a cream puff eating contest, miniature golf, and a climbing wall 20 feet high for people of all ages. This street fair will be on Saturday August 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The AUTO FEST Car Show will feature all makes, models, and years of cars along with food and beverages, live music, and awards. This will be on Sunday August 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on River Drive.
