This year’s sponsorship program for the Watertown Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department has been launched.
Local organizations and businesses are invited to partner in supporting senior, family, and youth programs throughout the year. Every year, the department reaches thousands of residents with enrichment classes, sports leagues, summer camps, senior programs, and community events. Sponsorships are essential in ensuring these offerings remain affordable, accessible, and of high quality for everyone.
Many levels of sponsorship are available for this year, such that businesses of different sizes can support the programs of the department. Onsite visibility, digital and Print advertising, event signage, social media, and press releases are some of the ways sponsors receive recognition. There are also opportunities for placement of a logo or employing other Promotional Products.
Among the sponsorship opportunities are supporting youth sport leagues and instructional youth programs, programs at the senior center, and special events that include quarterly birthday parties, the holiday party, veteran’s day events, and Senior Citizens Day celebrations. Sponsorships can also support one-time building improvements, such as art and design enhancements, upgrades to furniture, and accessibility improvements that include front desk, restrooms, and flooring.
Sponsorship amounts can range from $100 to $2,000. Opportunities are limited and available on a first come, first served basis, so businesses seeking maximum year-round visibility are encouraged to secure their sponsorship as soon as possible.
