Matt, Josh and Adam Keepman, three brothers who own the Mullen’s Dairy Bar in Watertown, are planning to expand their business later this year.
They plan to double the cold storage and production space in the back of the store and continue the growth of their wholesale business. As their brand has been so popular in the area, they also are looking to go national with their brand. To fund their plans, they will be undertaking efforts this year to raise between $500,000 and $1 million from investors that will enable them to expand their wholesale business and distribute their sorbet and ice cream products to retailers across the United States.
The shop will need to find a distributor for its products, as the shop currently distributes locally to 40 places between Milwaukee and Madison. Containers of ice cream are sold locally from the shop as well.
Flyer printing can be used to inform residents of such expansion plans that could bring national attention to such a town.
The brothers also plan to add an outdoor deck in the parking lot and café s in front of their shop on the sidewalk. Such plans are in line with the expansion of the Watertown Public Library which is across the street and a public plaza nearby that will be built to include a kayak launch, a splash pad, and seating to enjoy the Rock River.
