The new consolidated Dialysis Center of SSM Health is now open in Beaver Dam and accepting patients. This new location may be beneficial for those in Watertown who need such services.
The facility has been remolded and is on Kellom Road, just off Highway 151. Diane Posthuma, regional director of SSM Health, said that the updated facility will better suit patients. Posthuma added the two previous units for these services needed renovations, so everyone is very happy that the two units have been consolidated into one space in a new facility. She said the space has natural lighting, a feature that had previously been missing in the Waupun location, and plenty of parking, which was also challenging for the location in Beaver Dam.
There is more space for patient care in the new facility and large windows in the treatment area. The lobby is also more spacious to offer a more welcoming environment, and much of the equipment has been updated, such as heating, cooling, air conditioning, and water systems.
Such updated facilities want to employ brochure printing to offer more details about services, hours, and medical staff and administration.
