The annual Brat Fest will hit town on Memorial Day Weekend. The fest will be replete with a carnival, fireworks, live music, food, and a kids’ zone.
Music will be provided by Wheelhouse, Wayland, Royal Bliss, Randy Houser, Jesse Lunn, Buck Covington, Smash Mouth, and Madison Country. Fans, at events such as this, love to wear their favorite band’s Promotional Products such as T-Shirts, headbands, and visors.
Mr. Ed’s Magical Midway Carnival will run all three days from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm. The carnival touts that it will have over 35 attractions ranging from kiddie and family rides to thrill and spectacular ones. Of course there will concession stands everywhere.
The Budweiser Clydesdales will be there as will the Famous Racing Sausages. Kids will get their own petting zoo, bounce zone, and a kids’ zone with giant inflatable balls, bean bag toss, soccer, sack races, flag football and brat toss. There will also be a kids’ art zone from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm.
Older ones can enjoy the Brat Fest Car Show from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, a sports zone, log rolling exhibition and the Salsa Dancing competition.
The annual Take Your Brat to Work Day will be on Friday morning from 6:00 am until 9:00 am. People can call in and order Bags of brats and pick them up on Willow Island.
Brat Fest will be May 24 through May 26 at the Alliant Energy Center’s Willow Island.
