IronMan Wisconsin, a 140.6-mile race, will return to Madison in early September for its 20th anniversary.
The 2.4-mile swim will be two laps around a designated area in Lake Monona, the bike course will be two loops covering 112 hilly miles, and the run course will be two loops covering 25.2 miles of rolling hills.
Registration is $834 per individual, $1,450 for IronMan Community Fund Entry, and free for the Team IMF Fundraising Experience. Swag includes finisher medals, shirts, Backpacks, and certificates, age-group awards, on-course nutrition, posts race food, and bragging rights.
Kids from the ages of one to 17 are invited to join in the IronKids Wisconsin Fun Run. Registration will cost $20. Swag will include racing bibs, goodie Bags, medals, and T-Shirts. IronKids will take place at Capitol Square/MLK Jr. Boulevards on Saturday, September 10 at 5:00 pm.
An IronMan village, located at Monona Terrace, 1 John Nolen Drive, will open to the public the day before the race. Here, guests and participants may get their IronMan official merchandise sporting the event’s Logo Design, and athletes can check-in.
Spectator VIP passes will be $55 for athlete VIP access, $162 for children ages 6 to 13, $300 for race day, and $575 for medal passes. Proceeds will go to the IronMan Foundation’s efforts for Ukraine Humanitarian Relief.
IronMan 2022 will take place September 11 from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm starting at Lake Monona and ending at the state capitol in Downtown Madison.
