Badger Kennel Club will be bringing back the Wisconsin Dog Fair towards the middle of November.
More than 150 breeds will be shown, and knowledgeable people will be available to answer any questions. Talks and live demonstrations will be covering such topics as flyball, conformation, obedience, and agility, and puppy classes will be held. Barn hunt (a popular dog sport) demonstrations and classes will cover how dogs are trained to find rats in hay bale mazes. Rescue groups will be on hand with pooches ready for adoption.
For-profit and non-profit vendors will be selling canine-related items and services, and T-Shirts featuring event's graphic design on the front and each sponsor's Logo Design on the back will be available for purchase.
Four sponsorship levels ranging from $250 to over $2,500 are available. Complementary tickets will be included, along with complimentary parking passes, with the number of passes and tickets increasing with the sponsorship level. Sponsoring companies’ names or logos will be included in the program as well.
Tickets will be $10 for adults, $8 for seniors 65 and older, and $5 for youth from 6 to 17. Children under the age of six will not need tickets.
The 2024 Wisconsin Dog Fair will be coming to Madison on Sunday, November 10 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Alliant Energy Center's Exhibition Hall, 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way.
