Madison’s Alliant Energy Center has scheduled two exciting-looking events for January – a lake, home, and cabin show, and a beer and cheese fest.
First on its agenda will be the 13th annual Beer and Cheese Fest where Wisconsin cheesemakers and brewers mingle with guests. Hundreds of beer and cheese creations will be available for sampling.
Piano Fondue Dueling Pianos will be taking requests, and a silent disco will have pairs of headphones for dancing. Attendees at events such as this often go to the event website beforehand and purchase merchandise featuring the fest’s graphic design.
Tickets are available online, and at the door if there are any left. VIP tickets are available for $95 and include early access, special gifts, tasting glasses, food vouchers, and unlimited samplings. General admission is $65 and includes entry from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, a tasting glass, and unlimited samplings. Designated driver tickets will be $15 and will include entry from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and unlimited cheese and non-alcoholic samples.
Beer and Cheese Fest will be January 21.
Shortly after, from January 27 through 29, the Center will hold its 19th annual Lake Home and Cabin Show. Summer planning will include cabin, resorts, and lodges rentals; trailers and equipment; boats, lifts, and docks; cabin gifts and products; and demonstrations and seminars.
Alliant Energy Center is located at 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way.
