Tribute acts from around the Midwest will be performing at this year’s Tribute Island. This event will be a three-day music concert of bands playing tribute to the popular music icons of the last 50 years. Five stages will feature over 50 bands.
Genres covered at the Dockside Stage on Friday will include Legends of Chicagofest, Knebworth, Pine Pop Festival, and Country Music.
On Saturday, Island Stage and Beachside Stage will present Ladies of Rock, and Legends of Warped Tour, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Ozz Fest, and Lollapalooza.
On Sunday, the Harbor Front Stage and the Light House Stage will have Legends of Woodstock, Lollapalooza, Farm Aid, Summerfest and Monsters of Rock.
Some iconic artists that will be honored will be Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., John Meyer, Ozzie Osbourne, and Shania Twain. Groups like Chicago, Allman Brothers, Metallica, and Foreigner will also be represented.

Food vendors will be onsite selling festival treats and exhibitors will be hawking their merchandise. There will also be other activities for attendees.
Tribute Island will be over the weekend of July 19 to 21 on Simmons Island on Downtown Kenosha’s waterfront. Tickets can be purchased at the event or by going to Hap2it.com.
