A popular comedian is returning to Kenosha for a single evening.
Mary Mack is a native of Minnesota who was raised in Wisconsin, and retains a strong Wisconsin accent, which she uses in her performances. She appears on national podcasts and radio shows including The Grand Ole Opry, Marc Maron’s WTF Podcast, and The Bob and Tom Show. She has appeared at the Dry Bar comedy series, the Sketchfest in San Francisco, the Andy Kaufman Awards on HBO, and the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal.
She has television credits including Dylan, the lead character on “Golan the Insatiable,” a Fox cartoon series, and lends her talents to another cartoon series on Hulu, “Solar Opposites.” She has also appeared on Last Call with Carson Daly and Last Comic Standing on NBC.
Mack is a classically trained musician who attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in music. She went on to Middle Tennessee State University where she earned an MFA in conducting and then began teaching music at the middle school and elementary levels in Nashville and Oshkosh. In Nashville, she was the leader of a polka band before she relocated to Minneapolis to begin her comedy career.
Mary Mack will be at the Kenosha Comedy Club on March 27. The club is inside the Wyndham Garden Hotel, 5125 6th Avenue. Organizers of shows like this can use poster printing to create advertising for them.
