Harbor Park Jazz, Rhythm & Blues Festival is returning in a couple of weeks. Thousands of music fans are expected to attend Kenosha’s beautiful lakefront park.
Both internationally acclaimed jazz duo saxophonist Marion Meadows and pianist Alex Bugnon will perform. Additional artists will perform throughout the day.
Meadows is an American composer as well as a smooth jazz saxophonist. His latest release is Soul Traveler. For over three decades, Bugnon, who is a musician, bandleader, and prolific composer, has been touring the world with his contemporary jazz.
The festivities will begin at 1:15 pm with an interactive demonstration by “Cooking Studio.” Raffle tickets for a 50/50 draw will be available for purchase.
General admission will be $25 and VIP Lounge tickets are $85. VIP tickets include admission, food, and beverages.
Food vendors will be on site and corporations will have representatives on hand distributing Business Cards with information about their goods and services, passing out Promotional Products and giving demonstrations.
Proceeds will go to the Mary Lou and Arthur F. Mahone Fund, an organization whose mission is to provide educational support for academically deserving youth and aid healthy community lifestyle initiatives.
The 2021 Harbor Park Jazz, Rhythm & Blues Festival will come to Kenosha on Saturday, August 21 from 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm at Harbor Park’s Celebration Place, 56th and Italiana Circle. Gates open at 12:30 pm.
