Summer often brings outdoor performances, and that is the case in Kenosha.
The City of Kenosha has just announced the start of summer concerts that will be held in Pennoyer Park. The 2023 Tuesdays at the Shell series of performances will occur in July and August, and these events begin soon.
The first performance is by the Peacetree Allstars, who are based in Kenosha, and play blues, classic rock, and some Grateful Dead.
Next up is Indigo Canyon, which is also from the Kenosha area. Todd and Michelle of this four-piece group sometimes perform as a duo and are known for their close harmony.
The final July concert is Crosstown Drive, based in Sun Prairie. The trio sings covers of country classics, as well as their own original material.
The Peacetree Allstars appear July 11, Indigo Canyon on July 18, and Crosstown Drive on July 25. There is no charge for the concerts, although anyone who wants food or soft drinks will have to purchase them separately. The Pennoyer Park bandshell is at Kennedy Drive and Seventh Avenue, and the concerts start at 6:00 pm.
Happenings Magazine, the City of Kenosha, and Musicians Assisting Advancing Music are presenting these events. Organizations that plan outdoor events like this can work with banner printing to create colorful, sturdy, weather resistant Banners to identify the performers.
