This year’s 30th Kenosha Expo Health and Home Show, put on by Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce, will be taking place outdoors in mid-June.
The event will showcase local organizations and businesses, many of which will be selling services and products on site. Some exhibitors will include businesses such as Power Home Remodeling, Fred Astaire Dance Studios, and Everdry Waterproofing. Local organizations will include Angels of Hope and the Shalom Center.
The City of Kenosha will bring its new recycling truck, the Kenosha Public Library will have its bookmobile, and the city will bring a fire truck. Attendees can also view a Kenosha County Sheriff’s office armored vehicle.
Participants in events such as this often bring plenty of Business Cards and have brochure printing done beforehand so they have printed information ready for passers-by.
The Health Fair will have free screenings and other services. Selective Hearing Centers will have a hearing loss simulator, Bedogne Chiropractic Clinic will conduct postural assessment and screening, ApexNetwork Physical Therapy will have movement and balance screenings, and Herzing University will carry out blood pressure Checks.
The event will feature the Great Kenosha Raffle, with proceeds going to the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund. The grand prize will be $1,000 cash. Other prizes will include Gift Certificates, memberships, and gift baskets.
The Expo Health and Home Show will be Saturday, June 19 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Kenosha YMCA parking lot, 7101 53rd Street.
