Janesville residents can be scared at an upcoming outdoor haunted forest.
This month, the Edge Paintball will host the Forest of Freaks. This activity allows participants to choose their own path through a creepy forest. Along the way, there will be special effects, frightening monsters, and more to chill their bones. Getting through the forest usually takes about an hour. The event is recommended for those who are over 13 years old, and an adult needs to accompany those under this age.
There will also be concessions and a bonfire. Vendors have probably picked up some custom Business Cards to hand out during the event.
General admission costs $10. For $15, visitors can get a speedpass, which allows them to go to the front of the line. For $30, participants get to go to the front of the line and will be given 50 rounds of paintballs to use on the scary creatures.
The forest will be open on October 3, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, and 31. The hours of operation are 8:00 pm until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and 8:00 pm until 10:30 pm on Sundays.
On October 24, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, there will be a special family friendly event where attendees can walk through the forest and get candy.
