As winter heads out, Janesville residents will be looking for activities relating to spring and March has quite a few.
The annual Spring Fling Community, Craft & Vendor Show will have over 80 crafters, sales representatives and community organizations selling their wares and passing out Business Cards and information about their goods and services. Admission will be free.
A Sustainable Living Fair will have something for both adults and children. Guests will learn about restoring our natural world by participating in interactive activities.
For gardeners there will be a Spring Garden Symposium presented by Rotary Botanical Gardens. Talks will be given on herbs, perennial favorites, and hardscaping. There will also be a silent auction. Tickets will include breakfast and lunch. Guests will be invited to come early and stroll through the Gardens.
ECHO will be holding its annual fundraiser - Swing into Spring Dance. Music will be by Ladies Must Swing, and the event will include a silent auction and raffles.
The Community Craft Show will be from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm on March 10 at the Pontiac Convention Center, 2809 N Pontiac Drive.
Hedberg Public Library, 316 S. Main Street will hold the Sustainable Living Fair from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on March 10.
The symposium will be March 17 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm at 1455 Palmer Drive.
Swing into Spring Dance will be at the Pontiac Convention Center March 24th from 7:00 to 10:00 pm.
