Three charity events are being held in Janesville during the next few weeks.
Trivia enthusiasts will be interested in the upcoming Foundation for the Preservation of 108 South Jackson Annual Trivia Fundraiser. Trivia Master Jon will be back and will introduce a few new side games. Beverages and snacks will be provided.
Tickets will cost $25 per person, and tables will seat teams of four. Janesville Women’s Club will receive proceeds from the evening to maintain and preserve its historic building.
The FP108SJ Annual Trivia Fundraiser will take place Saturday, February 25 at 108 S Jackson Street, with trivia beginning at 7:00 pm.
Also on Saturday, February 25, up to 16 teams will be playing in the Madison PTA Volleyball Fundraiser Tournament. Entry will be $120, and pay-outs will depend on the number of teams participating.
Play will begin at 9:30 am at Parker High School Band, 3125 Mineral Point Road.
In early March, Lip Sync Battle 2023 will be no-holds barred community-wide evening of live lip syncing, with plenty of fun. The event will also have a cash bar, music trivia, snacks, and raffles.
Proceeds will go to support unaccompanied homeless youth participating in Project 16:49. Teams that participate in fundraisers like these often have colorful T-shirts printed featuring an eye-catching Logo Design.
Lip Sync Battle 2023 will take place Saturday, March 4 from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm at Janesville Performing Arts Center, 408 S Main.
