Anyone in the area looking for a way to spend some fun time with the whole family this spring may want to attend the annual Community Family Fun Fair.
The Janesville family-friendly event will offer games, prizes, health information and lots of food.
The Fun Fair is an annual tradition, offering the entire community a means for getting out of the house and having some fun. People of all ages will find something to do, and as always, there will be a carnival with rides for the teens, games, food, and prizes, with an emphasis on health and safety.
There will also be a host of vendors in booths offering arts, crafts, and food items. The Project 16:49 silent auction will help homeless students, as per a yearly custom.
Those planning to attend will need to dress appropriately for the weather and may want to bring their best camera for capturing all the family fun for later possible use in postcard printing. Also, those interested may wish to have flyer printing carried out to help promote the event.
The Fair will be held, rain or shine, on Thursday, April 14 at Pontiac Convention Center, 2809 N. Pontiac Dr., Janesville and will run from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Admission will be free, but attendees will likely want to bring cash to pay for food and other specially items.
