Forward Janesville will be hosting its 2022 21st Annual Awards Banquet towards the end of January. Over 400 guests are expected to attend.
Awards will be given in seven categories. Emerging Leader is given for the young professional who has demonstrated professional integrity and competency and shows ability and attributes to become a future leader. Educator of the Year will be awarded to a group or individual that has encouraged partnerships between the education and business communities over the past year. The Community Improvement Award will go to the individual or group showing outstanding contributions to the wellbeing and growth of our community.
Other awards will be Entrepreneur of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award, and two Business of the Year awards – one for businesses having 50 or fewer employees, and another for those with over 50 employees.
Admission will be $50 for individuals and $450 for corporate tables of eight. Registration is due by Monday, January 17.
The event will open at 11:00 am with registration. Guests will be bringing their updated Business Cards for the networking, which will be encouraged during this time. Lunch will begin serving at 11:15 am and the Awards Program will begin at noon. Award photos will be taken at 1:30 pm.
The Forward Janesville 21st Awards Banquet will be held at the Pontiac Convention Center, 2809 Pontiac Drive, on Thursday, January 27 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.
