This September, Ready, Set Crop (RSC) will be running a crafting event for those from Fitchburg and the surrounding area, and it will be filled with activities and an opportunity to meet other scrapbookers and crafters in person.
The RSC’s Back to School weekend retreat will be held at Great Wolf Lodge, and a block of rooms has been reserved for the occasion. The registration fee for the four days of projects is $275, which includes a long list of perks.
The participants in the weekend will each receive the use of their own six-foot table in the scrapping room, and five buffet-style meals are included, along with snacks. Prize draws will take place, with everyone guaranteed to win a prize, and a themed scrap kit with an assortment of swag will be presented to every attendee. Such kits sometimes include Corporate Gifts from the organizers. Vendor booths, mixers, and learning opportunities are also in the works, and the venue is within easy reach of crafting suppliers, restaurants, and other retail establishments.
Accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Information packages for an event like this can be prepared by local brochure printing companies.
