The Fitchburg Community Center will host a four-week yoga series from November to December. It will be led by instructor Ali Zuba.
The program is intended to help participants develop mobility, strength, and stability through slow-flow yoga and functional movement exercises. Sessions typically begin with warm-ups, progress into standing poses, and conclude with a brief period of integrative rest. In addition to poses and flow sequences, the class will introduce simple breathing methods and mindfulness techniques.
Chairs will be available for those who may need additional support during certain poses. Participants are encouraged to bring their own blankets, yoga mats, water bottles, or any other props that might enhance their comfort.
The cost for the four classes is $48, and the cost for single-class drop-ins is $15. Tickets can be purchased through the Fitchburg Star listing.
Attendees should note that the Recreation Department will issue a complete refund if the program is canceled by the department. For cancellations made after registration but before the program's start, a $5 fee will be deducted from the refund. For additional details, attendees can visit the event listing.
Flyer printing can be used to make individuals aware of the available dates for events such as this one.
The event will run on Tuesdays from November 12 through December 3. Each session will take place from 5:30 pm. to 6:30 pm in the Fitchburg Room of the community center at 5510 Lacy Road.
