For the past 51 years, Burlington has hosting its annual Santa Claus Parade, and this festive celebration will once again be taking to the streets of the community.
The event will feature an assortment of marching bands and other entertainers playing music for the spectators to enjoy, as well as floats, representatives from community groups and service organizations, and even Santa himself will be taking part.
Its organizers have planned for it to be an afternoon of fun for all. After marshalling at the staging area, its route will take it down Guelph Street, along New Street, before winding up on Brant Street. Banner printing can be put to use in creating Banners, Signs and other decorations for use during this type of event.
In addition to coming out to enjoy the parade, the public is invited to cast their vote for which float was their favorite. They are also encouraged to bring along a donation to the local food banks, as the Burlington Teen Boosters will be walking the route and collecting donations of nonperishables for those in need. People can also lend a hand by volunteering on the day of the event, and further details about this can be found on Burlington’s website.
The parade will be held on December 4th starting at 2:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to come out and join in the fun.
