An opportunity is being offered to women in Burlington and the surrounding areas who are in need of relaxation and some time to themselves.
The Winter Wonderland retreat will be held in Lake Geneva. It will offer those who take part a chance to get together with friends old and new while they unwind and have fun. There will be an assortment of activities to take part in, and each participant will have their own table space where they can play games, work on craft projects, or use it in any way they wish.
There will also be a craft flea market, vendor displays, door prizes, a community food table, a craft supplies recycling table, and the use of a sauna. Its location puts it within easy reach of shopping, and each participant will be given a free gift bag filled with items to help them relax even more.
The weekend will run from December 9 until 11, with an extra day being added at the beginning should there be enough demand for it. It is being organized by Weekends Away Retreats, and will be held at the Harbor Shores in Lake Geneva. Early bird tickets start at $75, and will be available until November 9.
