An event planned with Burlington carnivores in mind will be making the most of a pleasant August evening, and the menu will feature farm-to-table fare.
The cuisine served during the Copia de Al Fresco Farm Dinner will be inspired by Korean BBQ. Evening diners will enjoy their food out in the fresh air while they mingle and get to know the other attendees, and anyone who would like to reserve their tickets is welcome to do so now.
The meal will be served to the guests as a buffet, and there will be a selection of wine pairings and other drinks to accompany it. Many of the vegetables on the menu will be wild foraged, and the beef will be grass fed.
Along with the food, the function will include a farm tour, and the attendees will be able to meet the venue’s resident herd of Red Angus beef cattle.
A special event may call for custom decor, as this may make a function feel even more unique. A banner printing company will be happy to help, and will have options available for most price points.
This wrap up to the summer dining season will be on offer on Friday, August 25, and it will begin at 4:00 pm. Tickets for the evening are $89 each.
