During one evening this June, Burlington’s Northwind Perennial Farm will be hosting a garden party that will give the public a chance to take a guided tour of its display gardens and enjoy other activities in support of a local conservation trust.
The Kettle Moraine Land Trust (KMLT) will be the beneficiary of this celebration of gardens and the people who grow them. It can be a great opportunity for the guests to add to both their plant knowledge and their personal perennial collection, and during the party, a discount will be offered to all the guests who make a purchase at Northwind.
‘Party With the Perennials’ will have a festive atmosphere, and food and beverages will be provided. Live entertainment will be supplied, but for many, the big draw will be the chance to take a tour of the farm’s gardens, which will be led by Roy Diblik. One of the farm’s owners, Diblik will be able to answer questions and provide tips to the guests, sharing his vast knowledge of horticulture.
Tickets for this special occasion are on sale for $40 each. Gardeners checklists and other Promotional Products can be prepared by a printer to give to each of the attendees of an event like this to thank them for their support.
