First responders will be given a huge tip of the hat with a Burlington event that thanks them for all they do.
Strikeout Showdown will be a bowling party taking place at Town and Country Lanes. It has been scheduled for the evening to allow as many as possible to play, and the proceeds will help to fund area training programs.
For $25, each attendee will be able to play three games of bowling, and shoe rental is included. T-Shirts will be distributed, and those who secure their tickets by no later than April 9 will be guaranteed their size. Each lane can accommodate up to six bowlers, and an event-split, raffle, and door prize draws have all been added to the agenda for the occasion.
The function is being organized thanks to the efforts of Aurora Health Care, and it has put a sponsorship program in place. Companies that would like to lend a hand with a fundraising event can order special branded Corporate Gifts in kind to donate for a raffle, prize draw, or auction basket.
Strikeout Showdown will be getting the good times rolling on Friday, April 25, and the fun will start at 5:30 pm. Tickets, along with more details about how to make a donation or sign up as a sponsor, are available on its web event listing.
