Burlington breakfast planned in support of high school scholarships

A breakfast fundraiser in support of local youth will soon be on offer in Burlington, and the public is welcome to come out and help to make the event a huge success.

The Burlington Masonic Lodge #28 will once again be hosting its annual pancake breakfast. The proceeds from the function will be used to support scholarships for local high school students.

Those who come out to enjoy the morning of food and friendship will be treated a menu of pancakes, with butter and syrup and sausage on the side. Orange juice, coffee and milk is included, and the menu will be served all you can eat style.

The tickets for the function are being sold at the door, and those for adults are $7.50. Children between the ages of 6 to 12 will be asked to pay $3.00, and kids under 6 will be admitted free of charge. Flyer printing can be utilized to create promotional materials for this type of community-based event that can hep to ensure it will meet it fundraising goal.

This morning planned in support of the post secondary educational goals of local high school students will be held on April 8th at the Burlington Masonic Lodge #28. It is located at 325 North Kane Street, and more information can be found on the Burlington Chamber of Commerce’s website.
