Burlington area offered rides on Halloween Train

A Burlington autumn brings its own delights, and event series scheduled during this season will give families a chance to enjoy a spine-tingling ride on the rails.

On Fridays in October, the East Troy Railroad Museum will be offering members of the public seats on its Halloween Trains, and they are suitable for all ages. The ride will be 20 minutes each way, and the passengers will disembark at Byrnes Park for some seasonally themed fun.

The younger passengers are encouraged to come in costume, and they will board the train at 2002 Church Street in East Troy. It will stop at the park, and here, the ticket holders will be treated to a chance to visit the stations that will be set up and do some shelling out. There will be other activities as well. The train will then make its return to the East Troy Depot, and the riders can choose a pumpkin to take home with them.

Offering seasonal activities is one way a museum or other institution can catch the public’s interest. A printer that offers Graphic Design Services can create an assortment of marketing materials for such an occasion.

This chance to climb aboard for some Halloween fun on the rails will be on offer on October 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th. All rides will all depart at 5:30 pm, and tickets must be purchased in advance.
