Fair on the Square coming to Baraboo

Baraboo will be celebrating the arrival of spring with an event that will showcase all that its downtown has to offer.

The Fair on the Square will bring together local craftspeople and a variety of other vendors who will be offering their wares to the public in this semiannual festival. Along with this, there will be live music and other entertainment, food to try, and children’s activities such as face painting.

It is expected that more than 150 different craftspeople from across the Midwest will be taking part. Applications are being accepted from those who are interested in setting up a table or other display to sell handcrafted items they have produced themselves. Custom Business Cards, tags, Banners, Signs, and order Forms can all be designed and produced by a printer for use by those who will be selling items during the event.

A special rate is available at both the Clarion and Best Western Hotels for those who will be vending their works during the fair. Those who wish to receive this discount must identify themselves as a vendor when they reserve their room.

Anyone who would like to submit an application to sell food or handmade items, wishes to volunteer, or would simply like find out more about the festival is invited to visit the Fair on the Square website.
