Baraboo golfers support Children's Museum

The Baraboo Children’s Museum seeks to make learning enjoyable and accessible for all, and a local fundraiser will help fund its work.

Area golfers will be getting into the swing of things in the Golf Fundraiser on offer in support of the Museum. Fairfield Hills Golf Course will see players enjoy some fun in the sun for the afternoon.

Those looking for an excuse to take to the greens are encouraged to sign up with a friend, co-worker, child, or someone else. Everyone can show off their skills (or luck) in the longest putt and closest to the pin competitions, and a silent auction will bring even more excitement. There are options for both walkers and those who would like to use a cart.

When organizing a fundraiser, planners may put out a call to area companies seeking support. Both monetary donations and the contribution of branded Corporate Gifts are usually welcomed in such cases, and Letterheads can be prepared to use for donation requests.

Baraboo golfers who would like to do a good turn for kids are invited to sign up for the Museum’s fundraiser, which will take place on Saturday, September 12. Tee time is at 3:00 pm and play continues until 5:00 pm. Tickets start at $35 each. Anyone wishing to register or make donations can find out more on the activity's web listing.
