The Baraboo Country Club will be rolling out the welcome mat for those who sign up to play through in an event that will provide a helping hand to its four-legged first responders.
Dogs in the K-9 teams with the Baraboo PD, the Reedsburg PD, and the Sauk County Sheriff's Office will benefit from the proceeds raised during the Law Enforcement K-9’s of Sauk County Golf Outing. It will bring together businesses, law enforcement supporters, and the general public for a day filled with camaraderie out on the course.
The activity may be enjoyed by all golfers, even those new to the game. Each registrant will receive 18 holes of golf as well as the use of a cart, and they will also be able to fill their plates at the buffet-style lunch served at the clubhouse. Even-split and raffle draws are in the works, and a silent auction for donated experiences, Corporate Gifts, and other items will round out the activity.
Golf tournaments often include a lot of networking opportunities, both on and off the links. Many players choose to bring Business Cards along with them so they can easily share their details with their new contacts.
The Law Enforcement K-9’s of Sauk County Golf Outing will tee off on Saturday, October 3. The organizers are actively seeking sponsors and other contributions from the area’s business community, and more details are available on the fundraiser's website.
