Baraboo to celebrate spring with arts and craft fair

Baraboo residents can celebrate spring at the Spring Fair on the Square. The arts and crafts show will have over 150 participating artists and crafters from all over the Midwest.

The art and craft vendors will sell paintings, handmade art and handcrafted items. The fair will feature live music, and will have interactive activities and performances for children, so is a day the whole family can enjoy together.

Visitors can shop for locally grown fruits and vegetables, and other farm produce at the farmers’ market. Shops and restaurants in the area will be open and outdoor seating will be arranged on the courthouse lawn. The event will have over 13 specialty food vendors.

This popular fair has taken over downtown Baraboo for more than 30 years. In 2019, the fair had a record number of vendors participating in the event. The fair will be held on May 15 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Downtown Baraboo on the Square. A second fair will be held later in the year, with a date of October 9 set.
