Spokane Valley welcomes summer camp schedule

Spokane Valley recently announced its schedule of summer camps.

The City of Spokane Valley Summer Day Camp is designed for youngsters from ages six to twelve, and offers activities that are healthy, creative, fun, and memorable. Participants are dropped off and picked up each day, as these camps are not overnight excursions, and they are also asked to bring lunch. The East Valley School District will occasionally provide lunch and breakfast, and a weekly schedule of meals will be given to participants.

Every week, children will join field trips that will include visits to local parks, and swimming if the weather permits. The first camp is “Wizarding World,” and will not include a field trip. The second is Camp Survivor: The Great Outdoors, and will include a field trip to Riverfront Park, which is located in Spokane. Riverfront Park offers a gondola ride, fountains, and The Garbage Goat. The third camp in June is Back to the 80s, and will involve a field trip to Roller Valley Spokane, a roller-skating rink in Spokane Valley.

The first camp is scheduled for June 16 – 20, but there will not be a camp on June 19. The second camp is set for June 23 – 27, and the third will take place June 30 – July 3, without a camp on July 4. When they plan complex events like this, organizers can use brochure printing to create informative booklets for participants.
