A fundraiser in Spokane Valley will support programs that help local children.
Lesa Webb is the organizer of the 11th Annual 'Make Time for Kids' Clock & Art Auction, which will take place at the Centerplace Regional Event Center. The auction will help support CASA Partners’ activities. Lesa has been with CASA for eight years, and she is passionate about the organization’s positive impact on children in the local area.
The event will feature both a silent and a live auction where attendees can bid on works of art and unique clocks, as well as the products and services that will be donated by local companies and national chains. A no-host bar is planned, and heavy appetizers will be served.
All proceeds from the auction will be used to fund the programs CASA Partners use to support foster children and at-risk children in Spokane County. Among these efforts is the My Bag program, which provides Backpacks to children entering foster care. The Bags contain unique blankets, hygiene products, clothing, reading materials, and a plush toy to comfort the child. Other programs include Needs from the Heart, My School Bag, and the Bee Kind Garden.
The 'Make Time for Kids' Clock & Art Auction is scheduled for April 26. Centerplace is at 2426 North Discovery Place in Spokane Valley. When events like this are planned, organizers can use flyer printing to create handouts to promote them locally.Get a Free Quote for Bags Get a Free Quote for Backpacks
