A ball is on the schedule just in time for Valentine’s Day.
The VIP Valentine’s Edition of the Spokane Princess Ball will be held at CenterPlace Regional Event Center in Spokane Valley. Attendees at the ball will be able to meet and have photos taken with some of the princesses and princes familiar to everyone from their appearances in the media, especially Disney. They can also create a Valentine’s-themed craft, get autographs, make a wish, and have a special moment with “their” princess or prince.
The event begins with a Fairytale Princess Entrance featuring all the characters. They then give a dance and vocal performance before the ball begins. At this time, children attending the ball will have their chance to interact personally with the princesses, playing games, making crafts, getting autographs and hugs, and more. The last 20 minutes of each timeslot is used for “Love & Goodbyes,” so no one feels they must rush away.
Children are encouraged to dress up as their favorite princess or in a costume they really love. Adults should think “Sunday best” for their clothing choices.
The Spokane Princess Ball is scheduled for February 11, from 10.00 am until 5.30 pm. CenterPlace is on North Discovery Place. People who want to attend must choose a timeslot – either 10.00 am, 12.00 pm, 2.00 pm, or 4.00 pm.
