The biggest culinary event in the region is set to take place soon in Spokane Valley.
The City of Spokane Valley is sponsoring CRAVE! NW, which will take place at the CenterPlace. The event will focus on exceptional chefs and their creations, and will also highlight the fantastic flavors of the Pacific Northwest.
The first day, Thursday, is devoted to comfort food. From 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, chefs will be putting their own spin on classic dishes. The dinner will have a country theme, with line dancing and square dancing planned.
Friday is devoted to a festival of foods from throughout the world. Live music will be part of the fun, as chefs prepare some of the best national dishes from various countries.
Saturday is Fire & Smoke. Chefs will be preparing fried and smoked foods from throughout the region and across the world. Live music is on tap along with cider, wine, and beer. An afterparty wraps things up from 9:00 pm until 11:00 pm that night. Attendees will party informally with the chefs and enjoy live music, nibbles, and a no-host bar.
The festival is July 11, 12, and 13, and is limited to those 21 years of age and older. Tickets are available at various price points. When planners set up events like this, they will often use poster printing to create advertising for them.
