Fun for foodies in Spokane Valley

A popular event is set to return to Spokane Valley, in a slightly altered format.

The Crave! Food & Drink Celebration has become a fixture in the area since it allows people to sample many different food and drink options in one location. However, due to ongoing health concerns, the celebration will be one-day only in 2021.

At present, over 20 chefs are planning to participate, with more to be announced. Among the culinary talents are Ricky Webster of Rind & Wheat, Alex Santos-Cucalon of Thai Bamboo, and the Gilded Unicorn’s Mary Parker. Chefs from two of the popular Anthony’s chain of seafood restaurants will also be on hand, Chef Russ Seaman from the Spokane Falls location, and Chef Rick Reichelt, from the Coeur d’Alene restaurant.

Tasty bites are not the only thing on the menu, as attendees will also be able to sample special drinks. The breweries and cideries attending thus far are Icicle Brewing, Laughing Dog Brewing, Current Seltzer, Millwood Brewing, Summit Cider, and No-Li Brewery. Bartenders will be mixing their magic at the Grand Bar. Flyer printing can be used to provide handouts with lists of participants to attendees at events like this.

Crave! Food and Drink Celebration is scheduled for August 27, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at the CenterPlace Regional Event Center. Tickets are $65, and are all-inclusive. There are VIP tickets available to allow patrons to enter one hour early. The event is 21+ only and will be held rain or shine.
