The Gold Prospectors Association of America (GPAA) is hosting a Gold and Treasure Expo in Puyallup for two days this May.
The event will teach people how to pan for gold and where they can go to find their own. The latest in equipment and supplies for gold prospecting are also expected to be on display.
Jewelry made from gold will be on exhibit over the two days, and seminars and demonstrations on gold prospecting equipment will ensure that an educational side to the event remains in place.
There is a giveaway each day of one ticket for the Alaska Gold Expedition, which takes place at the Cripple River Mining Camp in Nome for two weeks. Airfare is included and the winner must be 18 or over.
Everyone who attends the show will receive a raffle ticket. Prizes will include metal detectors, sluice Boxes, and concentrators; all of which are important tools in gold prospecting.
The organization holds several such events in different cities throughout the United States; Las Vegas and Puyallup being the most recent. To help publicize expos like these, regional printing companies often supply items like Brochures and Flyers.
The expo is taking place at the Puyallup Fair and Arts Center from May 10 to 11. Admission is free. Call the GPAA at 800-551-9707 to find out more.Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Brochures Get a Free Quote for Boxes
