Spring clean planned for Puyallups downtown core

As Puyallup’s downtown prepares for another season, the public has been asked to be part of a community clean-up to help put its best face forward.

The assistance of the public is being sought for the Community Clean Up that will support local small businesses. All help will be appreciated, and masks are required.

The volunteers for the activity will be hitting the streets and sidewalks with pressure washers, brooms, and other gear, all of which will be provided by the organizers. Everyone is asked to wear gloves and clothing appropriate to the task at hand, and their cleaning assignments will be given to them at the start of the day.

Hosting a community clean up gives the public and other stakeholders a chance to do a good turn for local small businesses. A printer can help these companies to show their appreciation by preparing Corporate Gifts to give to each of the volunteers.

The Downtown Puyallup Community Clean Up is being organized by the Puyallup Main Street Association, and everyone who would like to lend a hand is asked to be on site by 10:00 am on April 24th. Those who would like to get involved in giving the area a good spring clean are asked to meet up at 118 West Main to receive their assignments for the day.
