Before they purchase their first home, Puyallup residents can join in with a workshop designed to make the process a pleasure instead of a chore.
A seminar will give first-time homebuyers knowledge that can be put to use right away. It is free for the public, and the driving force beyond bringing this activity to the community is The Altitude Homes Team.
The presentation will run for 90 minutes, and refreshments will be supplied. The participants will walk away with a better understanding of whether or not now is a good time for them to buy. They will learn how to put together a team of professionals that can help them, and the myths and realities of purchasing a property will be explored as well. A discussion of the local market trends is on the agenda, and the function will wrap up with further information and a chance for the attendees to ask questions.
Each person who Signs up for the experience will receive a copy of a book on home ownership. Packets that contain sets of pamphlets, Promotional Products, and other items for an activity can be prepared by a brochure printing company
