A Puyallup fundraiser will help students from across the state take care of the financial side of making their post-secondary dreams come true.
This year’s Round Up Auction Bulls and Bourbon fundraiser will have a casual vibe, and the dress code for they celebration will be informal. It will be held in the Agriplex, with a selection of cocktails and small bite dishes available.
The planners noted that while the auction catalog for this year is still under construction, in past years, the attendees could bid on everything from concert tickets to golf, grills and even a chance to take an exotic car for a spin in Las Vegas. The proceeds from the occasion will be used to help fund the Washington State Fair’s Blue Ribbon Scholarship program, and so far, the total tally for the awards presented to students has topped $1.4 million.
