This year, Puyallup runners have been asked to greet the arrival of autumn by being part of a run that will help to make sure all local kids get off to a good start in life.
The planner of the Little Steps, Big Dreams race noted that they are pleased to announce a new addition to the race lineup. This year a 10k event has been added to the roster, and the first 100 to register for any of the activities that have been planned for the day will receive a Farm 12 gift card.
As there are options for adults and kids alike, the whole family will be able to get involved in the fundraiser, and kids aged five and under will not be asked to pay registration fees. The start and finish lines will both be located at the Germine Korum Center, and the goal for the day is to raise at least $45,000. A finisher's celebration will wrap up the day.
To thank the public for their support of the initiative, the top male and female participants will be presented with finisher’s awards. These sorts of personalized Corporate Gifts may be ordered from local Print shops.
