This fall, the Puyallup area will be the place to be for those who are interested in learning more about the world of vegan wines and cheeses.
Cupid’s Landing will be playing host to an event that will put animal product-free cheese and wines front and center. Guests will have an opportunity to sample a wide variety of artisanal cheeses, each of which will be pared with a locally produced wine that has been selected to complement it. The wines that will be served will all be produced without using any animal products at all during the winemaking process.
The ticket price for the evening starts at $15 if they are purchased ahead of time, and they will also be available at the door for $22. Those who identify themselves as designated drivers will receive a discounted rate. The proceeds will be added to the Cupid’s Landing fund, which will be used to build a sanctuary for farm animals in need, as well as a cooperative community. Banners and other decorations for an event like this can be both designed and then printed by a local printing company.
