Annual fair has lots to offer the entire family

The Washington State Spring Fair is returning to Puyallup for four days next month.

The fair has plenty of events and activities taking place that are sure to please everyone in the family, regardless of their age.

Like at most fairs, there is a midway with rides and games for children of all ages. There is also Motorsports Mayhem, which features monster trucks, pit parties, and a demolition derby, a DockDogs competition, and Fun on the Farm featuring live animals.

Other activities include the Kids Can Cook cooking show, the Timberworks Lumberjack Show, and racing pigs. The Kidzone will have face painting, a merry-go-round, Ag-ventureland, and Sillyville.

Many of the adults may be interested in the Northwest Living and Garden show, which will have gardening workshops, garden display, and a marketplace. There is also a floral design contest, and food and drink will be available for purchase.

Printing companies in Puyallup will often be asked to help advertise events such as these and may provide marketing materials like Flyers or Posters.

The Washington State Spring Fair will be held at the fairgrounds from April 14 to 17. Admission is $7.50 in advance or $10 at the gate for adults, and $6.50 or $8 for those between the ages of 6 and 18. To find out more about the fair, call 253-845-1771.
