Olympia women invited to join in community sing

An Olympia program will see local women come together to raise their voices in song.

Olympia Sisters in Harmony will give all women, even if they are not confident about their singing voice, a chance to express themselves, or the participants can also choose to just sit back and enjoy listening to the others perform if they prefer. The registration fee is $162 each for a seven-part series held at 1721 15th Avenue South West.

Each of the classes will open with a check in and exercises, and after this, the group will begin working on the selected song. The pieces will be uplifting, and the instruction will be by ear. The meeting will be held outdoors, with a heater available if the temperature gets chilly. Everyone is asked to supply their own water or other beverage, and they are also reminded to come dressed for the weather.

It was noted by the organizers that, for the safety of both the instructors and singers, Covid waivers will be on hand for them to sign. Items like these may be prepared by Stationery printers along with Letterheads and other personalized paperwork.

This Fall Singing Series will be held in Olympia from October 3 to November 14. The registration fee covers the cost of all seven of the scheduled sessions.
