A birding visit to Woodard Bay has been organized for Olympia, and it will visit a popular local conservation area.
The registrants in the Birding With Breakfast activity will be visiting Woodard Bay, and both woodland and marine areas will be viewed. It was explained in its lifting that the session will be especially suited to beginners, and it will be led by Bob Wadsworth.
Those who opt to take part in the outing will meet up at Woodard Bay Natural Resources Conservation area, and advance registration is not required. The route will follow a path that is for pedestrians only. As the location is a distance away from any eateries, the attendees are reminded to bring along a portable breakfast to enjoy while they bird. The visit to the site will last for three hours, and anyone who has questions or concerns has been asked to call 360-561-3317.
