Lazy summer days are made for outdoor cooking, and in Olympia, that means it will soon be time to head to a festival all about fun in the sun.
The Lacey South Sound Chamber of Commerce had planned a seasonal celebration that will capture the atmosphere of a casual backyard summer barbecue. The food will be slow cooked and flavorful, and this is just the beginning of what the organizers hope will be a happy experience for all the guests.
As well as the food, the event will host an assortment of vendors, and the attendees can browse through what they have on offer, purchasing items and picking up samples, Business Cards and Promotional Products as they go. The kids can count on having fun at the area set aside for them, and the chicken wing eating contest can be enjoyed by everyone. The adults can relax in the beer and wine tent.
