An event that will bring some holiday cheer to families at Joint Base Lewis–McChord ( JBLM) will see riders take to the highway this September. It is being offered through the support of the Brothers in Arms Motorcycle Club, and all local motorcycle enthusiasts are encouraged to participate.
The Olympia area ride will raise money for the base’s junior enlisted families to help them have a great holiday season. The fee to register is $25.00 and check in will start at 9:00 am.
Once they have signed in for the morning, the participants will be invited to kick off their day with a hot cup of coffee and a fresh donut. Kickstands will be going up at 10:15 am, and the riders will hit the road for the ride. Once it’s over, they will be welcome to mingle over a lunch of gourmet chili dogs, and they can also purchase tickets for the quilt raffle.
To thank the riders for their support of the function, the organizers noted that the first 50 who RSVP for the day will receive a free bandana with a Logo Design prepared just for the occasion. Promotional Products like these can help to spread awareness about a cause.
Olympia’s community of motorcycle riders are welcome to be included in the ranks for the 10th Anniversary Freedom Ride, which will be held on September 14th. The start and finishing points will both be at Northwest Harley Davidson in Lacey.
