Those who attend a pop-up market in Olympia may be able to sit back and relax this holiday season, as they will have found the right gift for everyone on their list well ahead of time.
The Lincoln Winter Market is a pop-up style occasion that will include works crafted by local makers. Many will be one of a kind, and at least 65 individual vendors will be on site for the sale.
The function, which is a production of the Option’s Community Council, will be open for five hours, and its special Kids Market is just one of the reasons why many may choose to attend the festivities. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, and these will be supplied by area eateries. The entertainment for the function will be provided by buskers from the local community.
One of the goals of this activity is to provide a venue where makers can meet and connect with the community. Small businesses and other vendors interested in joining the fun of the market are asked to submit an application to do so. Business Cards and other supplies will be available for almost any occasion at a professional printer.
This kick-off to Olympia’s holiday shopping season is scheduled for November 26. It will open its doors to shoppers at 11:00 am.
