Olympia invited to set sail for pirate-themed fun

Next summer, the Olympia area will be setting a course for family fun with an event that will bring out the public’s inner pirate.

The Washington Renaissance Arts and Education Society has made the decision to reschedule its Northwest Pirate festival to July, 2021. It will be a weekend filled with fun for all ages, and both landlubbers and those who have their sea legs are welcome.

The event will be filled with lots to see and do, including costumed actors, mock battles, singing, and even cannon firings. There will be lots of food on offer, and the adults in the crowd can wash it all down with a glass of grog or rum. Guests are welcome to wear pirate attire if they wish, and other than service animals, they are asked to leave Fido at home. The site can be accessed by strollers and wheelchairs, and there are lots of hotels and campgrounds in the local area for anyone who will be spending the night.

For this sort of experience, a printer can provide an assortment of themed Corporate Gifts to sell during the celebration. Its graphic design department will even be able to prepare a logo and other branding.

The new dates for the Northwest Pirate Festival will be July 10 and 11. It will be set up at the Thurston County Fairgrounds.
